What Makes a Great Photo?

  • Be You:  Use a current photo that clearly represents how you look today.
  • Frame Your Face: Position your face centrally in the frame, with the photo cropped to include your head and the top of your shoulders. Aim for your face to fill about 60% of the image.
  • Show Warmth & Professionalism: Smile naturally, let your confidence shine through, and appear approachable.
  • Dress for Success: Wear clothes that reflect our office environment.  Solid colors often photograph best.
  • Keep it Simple: Use a clean, neutral, or natural background that keeps the focus on you.

What To Avoid:

  • Filters, digital enhancements, or overly casual attire.
  • Photos with visible cleavage or inappropriate clothing.
  • Group photos or pictures featuring pets, family, or friends.
  • Busy or cluttered backgrounds that distract from your image.

Additional Details
To enhance security and ensure a professional presence across our tools, Human Resources, in partnership with the Security and Information Technology teams, is updating Wellby’s internal directories. These updates apply to Workday, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint. Rest assured, your photo will be used for internal purposes and not for marketing. To support this initiative, we ask each team member to provide a professional headshot or photo.
